Event Production

When we refer to the term “Production” this can mean typically ONE OF TWO things. 

  1. Event Production…. or
  2. Video Production

This page refers to the meaning of Event Production.  Video Production can be found here.  Event production can include many things, staging, lighting, AV, labor and crew etc.  We have it broken down in 6 simple packages to help define your needs as follows. 

  1. On-Site Producer – Contract with an on-site expert who will conduct a site-visit, can assist in venue selection, and will call the show.
  2. Talent Management – Consult with a professional who can evaluate and negotiate riders, coordinate with agencies before the event, communicate with band members and road managers, coordinate with the venue, manage rehearsals, sound checks, the green room set-up, special meet and greets, transportation, and other on-site details.
  3. Show Management – Turn your equipment requirements over to a professional to evaluate your needs, make reccomendations, and coordinate with venue.  This includes up to 20 hours of phone consultation and 3 two-hour pre-event logistics meetings.  This is not inclusive of producting the event.
  4. Sample Lighting Package – A medium – sized flow system to include both an upstage and downstage wash and all truss motors.
  5. Sample Audio Package – A medium-sized flow system to include Meyer line array, a console, a podium, and 4 wireless laveliere mics.
  6. Sample Video Package – A medium-sized package, including (2) Christie 6500k DLP prodectors, (2) 9 x 12 screens, (2) 3 chip cameras, playback and record switcher.
